Replacing a built-in appliance is more than sliding it into place. We measure the cutout against the new model, check that the outlet, gas shutoff or water line is where it should be, and look at the ventilation or clearances the unit needs.
After that we set the unit level and square, secure it to the cabinet, connect gas, water and drain with new fittings where needed, and run a full test: heat on an oven, a cycle on a dishwasher, a fill and a chill on a refrigerator.
We also walk you through the controls and any first-use steps. If the opening needs carpentry or a licensed gas or electrical change, we say so before the day of the job.
