KitchenAid KEMS307G Combination Oven Service

Anyone who owns a KEMS307G has a Superba 30-inch thermal convection oven and microwave combination, a cabinet where a lot of heat meets a lot of electronics. It was sold with five endings, from the KEMS307GAL to the KEMS307GWH.
Ventilation matters more here than on a plain microwave. The cooling fan has to protect the controls while the oven side runs hot, and a grease-lined fan path lets the temperature creep until the unit shuts itself off. We clean the path and test the fan under load.
On the microwave cavity we look for scorching at the waveguide cover and worn paint. The oven side gets a temperature check against a probe. You will see a written price first, and the repair carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.
The cooling system may be struggling, so a protective switch trips. We clean the fan path and vents, test the fan motor, and check the oven temperature against a probe.
It has its own cooking circuit, though the cabinet and control are shared. We test the microwave heating with a water load, separate from the oven side.
Five endings are on record: AL, BL, BS, BT and WH. All of them share the KEMS307G base model, so the working parts match, and we follow the rating plate when we order anything visible.
