KitchenAid KDTF324P Dishwasher for 12 Place Settings

The KDTF324P is a 23.6-inch standard dishwasher with a stainless steel tub, room for 12 place settings and an automatic door release at the end of the cycle. Some plates read KDTF324PPA, and the machine is recent enough that most we see are still in their first years of service.
A recent machine tends to need small, specific fixes. If the dishes are clean but cold and wet, we test the heating element before anything else. If the upper rack is washing poorly, we clear the arm. We check the inlet valve for sediment, clean the filter and sump, and look at the door release to be sure it opens smoothly. The price is in writing before work, and you receive a 30-day workmanship warranty.
It could be. The element dries the load, so we measure it for continuity and look at the door release, which should open a little at the end of the cycle.
We look at the release mechanism and its linkage for debris or a bent part, and check the latch so the door opens as designed.
Not special care, only regular filter cleaning. Stainless resists staining, but food in the sump still causes odors. We show you how to remove the filter.
