KitchenAid KFES330T Smart Range

The KFES330T is a freestanding smart electric range with a 5.3 cu. ft. oven and convection cooking modes, sold as the KFES330TPS. Because it is a smart model, the control board matters more here than on a plain-knob electric range, and a dead display can look worse than it is.
We start with the display and the board connections, since a loose ribbon or a worn panel is cheaper to correct than a new control. The convection fan is the other part we look at on this model, especially if you hear a whistle or a scrape when the oven is running in a convection mode. Elements are tested with a meter. You get the price in writing before work starts, and the repair is covered by our 30-day workmanship warranty.
The range may have lost power at its own breaker, or the control board or its connections have failed. We check the supply voltage first, then the board, before deciding what needs replacing.
Listen in a convection mode. A scraping or whistling sound means the fan or its motor is wearing out, and no air movement at all means it has stopped. We test it on a running cycle.
The PS ending is the finish. The working parts are the same as the base model, so we match them using the rating plate number.
