KitchenAid KUWR314K Wine Cellar Help

The KUWR314K is a 24-inch undercounter wine cellar with a glass door and metal front racks, also sold as the KUWR314KBS and KUWR314KSS. It tucks under a counter in a bar, kitchen or dining room, and the glass lets bottles stay in view.
Our visit starts with temperature history and a look at the door. A glass door that fogs or drifts open tells us about the gasket and hinge. We then clean the grille, test the fans, and look for any contact between the cabinet and the cabinetry that could carry vibration.
If the control and sensor read off, we calibrate or replace them. We give a written price first, and our work has a 30-day warranty. We finish by timing a full cooling cycle and confirming the door closes with a light push, which tells us the gasket and hinges are working as they should.
Glass can feel slightly warm from room light and air. If the interior is also warm, we check the condenser, fan and seal. A cool interior with warm glass is usually normal.
The compressor vibration is reaching a loose rack, a bottle or the cabinetry. We secure the rails and move the cabinet so it does not touch anything.
Use an independent thermometer in a container of water for several hours. If it reads far from the setting, we test and replace the sensor or control.
