KitchenAid French door refrigerators, ice makers, dishwashers, cooktops, wall ovens and hoods are our work in Kingwood. Phone us or fill in the form, and your visit joins a northeast Houston run.

Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach KitchenAid diagnostics here.
Trailwood, the earliest village, had finished houses by 1971, and some thirty more arrived under a Friendswood Development and King Ranch master plan. Houston took the area in by annexation in 1996.
Housing is mostly single-family and spans many decades, so kitchens vary widely. Ask your village association about van parking, then give us the village name.
A string of thirteen utility districts once supplied Kingwood, until annexation moved the area onto City of Houston water. Houston Public Works took the local supply facilities back from a contractor in 2023, and city documents call groundwater the harder of its two sources.
Hard water clouds glassware and slows a KitchenAid ice maker. We run a descale, replace the cartridge, and look at the valve only after that.
At the point where the San Jacinto River reaches Lake Houston, Kingwood saw in 2017 severe Harvey flooding and evacuations, with upstream floodgate releases adding to it. Dense canopy overhead means storms drag lines down as well.
Before stocking the refrigerator after a long outage, confirm that it is cooling. Anything that stood in flood water stays unplugged until we check its controls.
A family house with a refreshed kitchen generally has a dishwasher and a cooktop (gas or induction) over a single wall oven. The laundry is a front-load pair, upstairs or in a utility room.
Induction needs its own circuit and a wall oven needs a square cutout. Send the model plate and we confirm both before arriving.
Getting here means US-59/I-69 to Kingwood Drive or Northpark Drive, in the farthest northeast reach of the city. To use our time well, we cluster Kingwood stops, so the day after your request is typical. Village streets curve, and navigation apps stumble, so name a cross street or landmark.
Needles and pollen settle fast under the pines. A refrigerator that breathes through a bottom grille pulls the dust into its condenser, so the compressor labors all summer; run a vacuum over the grille a few times a year. Outdoor dryer hoods clog the same way, and a vent flap that sticks can trip the dryer’s thermostat; scorched receptacles belong to an electrician.
Give it some hours, keep the grille clear and listen for the fans. If warmth lingers, we test the defrost system.
Harder water can scale the valve screen. We clean it and change the cartridge.
A nearby cross street in your note is enough. Windows run three hours.
