Just 27 inches wide, the KEMS378G packs a microwave convection oven above a convection oven into a Superba series cabinet. Finishes were sold as the KEMS378GBL, KEMS378GSS and KEMS378GWH, so you may see any of those on a plate.
The narrower cabinet leaves less air space around the electronics, so grease and heat reach the board sooner. When a program ends early, we look first at the cooling path for grease, then at the board for heat damage.
