What Sabbath, Sab, 5Ab, or 5A7 means

The words Sabbath and Sab, or the character strings 5Ab and 5A7, appear on KitchenAid electric single, double and combination wall ovens, for example the KODE500ESS or the KOSE507ESS, to show that Sabbath Mode is enabled. Which wording you see depends on how many characters the display can show. While the mode is on, the oven stays on in a Bake setting until turned off and no other cooking or cleaning cycle operates.
