The KOED930S is a 30-inch smart electric double oven with an intelligent cooking camera, also sold as the KOED930SBE. The camera looks into the oven, so steam, grease and heat are its main enemies.
A blurred or blank image often starts with a dirty lens or a loose camera connection, and that is where we look first. If the camera is fine but the food cooks unevenly, we measure the cavity temperature and test the element and sensor in that cavity. Fans get a listen for grinding, since the oven cycles hard when it is cooking something large.
On a smart double oven, the display and the control board are tested last. You receive a written price before we order parts, and a 30-day workmanship warranty covers the work.
Often the lens just has grease or condensation on it. We clean it carefully and check the connection. If the image stays poor, the camera module is replaced.
We check your unit when we arrive and test the camera in the cavity where it is installed. We do not replace parts in the other cavity unless it has its own problem.
